So Velo Rouge Brasserie in downtown Little Rock was closed for "the holiday week of June 30-July 5," according to a sign on its door.
And being the naturally curious Whispers staff you know and love, and being unable to ask a question of the restaurateurs directly, we called the Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission to check up on them.
