A systematic, self-review will enhance board members' understanding of their leadership role.
The Board of the National Technocrats Association is meeting and is embroiled in its usual heated debates. Chief among these are the following:
* Debate about whether the executive director's second-in-command should be fired or severely reprimanded. It seems that this staff member provided the board with information that was at the core of a pending decision before the board. His sin is that the information corrected significantly erroneous information previously provided by a board member.
