A new [pounds sterling]80 million (USD160mn) college campus in Bolton town centre has moved one step closer after it was given the go-ahead by the council's planning committee. The development will see Bolton Community College and Bolton Sixth Form share a site between Deane Road, College Way and Wellington Street, on the site of an existing car park.
