Oswego police had been investigating crack cocaine sales in the city for about two years when they arrested a dozen people during a sweep last month.
Also arrested in the sweep were 28 people police say were involved in a ring that distributed crack cocaine in Oswego and Fulton. Court documents show how Oswego police cracked the 12 Oswego cases one-by-one.
Everyone charged is now facing felony counts of criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance:
