TARRYTOWN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 28, 1996--Hitachi America, Ltd., today announced that is has formed a new organization called the Converging Technologies Group, effective April 1, to address the convergence of computers, electronics and multimedia technologies and better serve the requirements of its customers in the computer and electronics industries.
The group will be headed by Hitachi America Executive Vice President William Gsand, who has been named president.
