HEARTLESS thieves have stolen a wheelchair belonging to a disabled Wisbech schoolboy.
Fourteen-year-old Aiden Potter was left housebound over the weekend after the black customised chair was taken from outside his home in Welbeck Road on Friday night.
Aiden, who is able to walk only short distances with the aid of a frame, is totally reliant on his wheelchair to get about outside the house and has had to hire a replacement at the cost of [pounds sterling]20 a week from King's Lynn Mobility.
"It is like they have chopped my legs off," said Aiden, who suffers from Cerebral Palsy.
He had left the wheelchair outside his home at around 7pm on Friday evening, and ...
