LAS VEGAS, Nev., March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- American Casino Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACES) announced today that Wednesday's U.S. Supreme Court decision barring Indian tribes from suing states that refuse to negotiate gaming compacts will have no immediate effect on tribal gaming activities in California. The Company has a consulting agreement with the Table Mountain Rancheria and is a participant in a joint venture that has a consulting agreement with the United Auburn Indian Community.
