SEATTLE, March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- A $3.75 million bond financing for affordable apartments in Tukwila, Wash. was successfully completed today, according to the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The proceeds of the bonds will be used to acquire and rehabilitate the Hampton Heights Apartments, a 113-unit apartment complex for low- and moderate income individuals and households. The project is located at 5711 South 152nd St., in Tukwila.
Hampton Heights Apartments also plans to use low-income housing tax credits, another program administered by the Housing Finance Commission, to provide additional financing for the project.
