Three American Subcontractors Association (ASA) chapters are tapping into the success of one user of construction services -- Bob Weston, chief fiscal officer of construction services for Montgomery County (Md.) Public Schools (MCPS).
Using Weston's money-saving message as a backdrop, ASA-New York State, ASA-Midwest Council, and ASA of Minnesota have launched campaigns to educate owners about the value of working closely and fairly with subcontractors.
According to Weston, "Our projects are completed on time and under budget because we are intimately involved in every project.
