TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 1996--Lexmark International Group, Inc. (NYSE:LXK) has formed a subsidiary in Japan to manage its growing businesses in the country. The global printing solutions company will also launch a range of branded color inkjet printers in Japan in addition to its existing printers, co-branded with Fujitsu Ltd., and its original equipment manufacturer products.
