Apr. 2--The man chosen to revitalize downtown St. Paul set a preliminary agenda on Monday that includes reclaiming large portions of the service sector.
John Labosky, president of the new Capital City Partnership, said one of his goals is to lure law firms, accounting firms and other service businesses to downtown St. Paul after several years of attrition.
"We need to make downtown St. Paul the service center for metro east," said Labosky, who was formally introduced at a press conference.
