COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- American Telecasting, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATEL) announced today that it, and companies that it controls, were the high bidder in 59 markets in the recently completed auction by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for BTA licenses. These winning bids totaled $10.0 million.
