BOSTON, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Boston's Beth Israel Hospital and Youville Lifecare, Inc. of Cambridge, a provider of rehabilitation, subacute, nursing home care, and assisted living services, have formed an affiliation to strengthen and expand their long-time close relationship and to build a more integrated delivery system that will provide a seamless continuum of care for patients of both organizations, officials announced today.
