SAN FRANCISCO, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Kendall-Jackson Winery, Ltd. announced it filed suit today against E&J Gallo Winery asking the court to enjoin Gallo from marketing its "Turning Leaf" wine in a manner which infringes upon Kendall-Jackson's well-known Colored Leaf trademark. Kendall-Jackson's complaint also seeks disgorgement of Gallo's profits from Turning Leaf sales and punitive damages.
