Hanging Heaton reached the Priestley Shield semi-finals last Sunday after beating Keighley by 92 runs.
Captain Mick Horner (52no) hit a 42-ball half-century in an innings that included a six and three fours, supported by Chris Goodair (34) and Francis Nelson (28), as Heaton reached 178-9. Ashley Robinson took 3-34.
Keighley were dismissed for just 86 in 36 overs as Adil Hafeez took 3-22 and Umar Rehman (3-20).
Gomersal are the only Division Two side into the last four after they beat Manningham Mills by 137 runs while
East Bierley maintained their hopes of a league and shield double for a second successive season with a 153-run success over Morley.
