Hong Kong-listed Hidili Industry International Development Ltd (Hidili International) <1393> said Tuesday it planned to pay nearly RMB 242 billion for stakes in two coal producers and in two logistics firms in Guizhou province, southwest China. Hidili said in a statement that this deal is expected to provide its local coal mines with processing facilities.

The Sichuan-based firm said it has secured approval for acquiring controlling stakes of 70% in Panxin Coking Co Ltd, as well as Panyi Coal Washing Co Ltd, besides 37% each in Panshi Logistic Distribution Co Ltd and Panying Logistic Distribution Co Ltd.
