PHILADELPHIA, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- From Kandy Kakes and Butterscotch Krimpets to the new low-fat chocolate cupcakes, Tasty Baking Company (AMEX: TBC) said it believes it has the right ingredients for success.
Today, Tasty Baking announced the signing of an agreement to acquire a 160,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Oxford, Chester County, PA. Formerly owned by an affiliate of Britain's United Biscuits (Holdings) P.L.C., the facility was known by local residents as the Keebler plant. Non-operational since November 1995, the facility will enable Tasty Baking Company to produce its products that are currently made for them by other companies, ...
