The management teams at two prominent office buildings have carried New York City to two historic wins at the BOMA International TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) Awards.

The Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle was selected by the Building Owners and Managers Association as the International Operating Office Building in the one million square feet plus category--the first time the award has come to New York.
The building is managed by a Related Management Co. team led by Jim Kleeman, general manager at TWC.
