ATLANTA, April 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The Elton John AIDS Foundation has signed an agreement with MBNA America Bank, N.A., that will allow Elton John fans, supporters and admirers to apply for Visa credit cards that feature his photograph and that support the efforts of the non-profit organization he created to fund direct patient care and AIDS prevention education.
