ST. LOUIS, April 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Protein Technologies International, Inc., the world's leading producer and marketer of dietary isolated soy protein and soy fiber food ingredients, has begun a major plant capacity expansion in Memphis, Tennessee, and a significant plant modernization program in Ieper, Belgium. The capital projects were announced in February at the annual Consumer Analyst Group of New York (CAGNY) presentations featuring top consumer product companies.
