GORDON STRACHAN vented frustration at his players for blowing a rare chance to prove they are Premiership class at Craven Cottage.
The SPL champions, playing their second match in less than 24 hours, were outperformed by Fulham, a side who narrowly escaped relegation from the English top flight on the final day of last season.
Strachan's agitation was palpable and he left his players in no doubt about his feelings at the end.
Defender Mark Wilson revealed his manager had been more irked by the manner of the defeat than the result.
