WASHINGTON, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The following statement is being issued by the National Association of Chain Drug Stores regarding the rejection of a proposed class action settlement on pricing practices of drug manufacturers, issued today by U.S. Federal Court Judge Charles P. Korocras. The statement can be attributed to Phil Schneider, NACDS Director of Public Affairs:
