TEES Valley Regeneration has been busy - changing the landscape of the area forever. Of course there have been world firsts and world's biggests but some of the changes can't even be seen.
The organisation, led by chief executive Joe Docherty, is also changing the way the people of the Tees Valley think about themselves and their home towns and the way it is perceived by those looking in from elsewhere. The Tees Valley is bucking the trend - far from being in the depths of financial doom and gloom it has a "tiger" economy - attracting investment and development.
