National radio network to use 100 percent renewable energy at Dallas HQ Office

DALLAS -- As the environment continues to take center stage on the national agenda, ABC Radio Networks announced today it will power its Dallas building with 100 percent renewable energy. The new contract will cut 5,442 metric tons of CO2 emissions throughout the life of the contract -- or the equivalent of removing 987 cars from Dallas roads. The decision makes ABC Radio Networks one of the first media outlets based in Dallas to go green.
