THE organisers of the Golden Age of Northumbria project are holding a series of public meetings to inform local communities of their plans and to encourage the active participation of voluntary groups, churches and schools in Berwick borough.
Any interested individuals will be welcome to attend and invitations have been sent out to dozens of community organisations.
The Golden Age of Northumbria is co-ordinated by a steering group led by Berwick History Society, supported by a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
