TAIPEI, Taiwan--How would you handle a bully? What would you do if someone bigger than you threatened to beat you up if you didn't do what he wanted?
A tough question. One answer might be to call on a friend who's even stronger than the bully. Maybe the bully would think twice before following through on his threat.
