MOSCOW. June 22 (Interfax) - Trade and economic relations between Russia and Venezuela have been developing dynamically over the past few years, with Venezuela being Russia's third most significant trade and economic partner in Latin America and the Caribbean, the Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry said in a report prepared for the visit by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez to Moscow.
