BUDAPEST. JULY 22. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - CONSTRUCTION: Finland's Consolis Offers EUR 100 mln for Hungarian, Romanian Assets of ASA - Finnish construction materials maker Consolis group has offered a total of EUR 100 mln for the assets of Hungarian building components manufacturer ASA Epitoipari Kft in Hungary and Romania.
ASA would reportedly keep its other businesses in Serbia and Ukraine. The involved parties declined to comment on the news. [Napi Gazdasag]
