Combined Companies Maintain Private Ownership and Local Management
SAN DIEGO -- KBM Building Services, one of San Diego's leading professional contract janitorial companies, has announced a merger with Knightly Building Services, LLC of Spring Valley, CA, according to Maureen Gray, CEO of KBM Building Services and Robert Janica, founder of Knightly Building Services, LLC. The terms of the merger were not disclosed.
