More local programming is disappearing from the music radio stations.
Clear Channel's hit music formatted KSLZ (107.7 FM) is the latest station to add syndicated fare. The station is now broadcasting the "Ryan Seacrest Show" out of Los Angeles, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., weekdays.
Morning drive on KSLZ-FM was already syndicated, featuring the "M.J. Morning Show," originating from Clear Channel's WFLZ (93.3 FM) in Tampa, Fla. So the first eight hours of the day on the primary contemporary music station in our city is no longer local.
