A BAD attitude and poor work ethic are leaving many employers struggling to fill jobs, according to prominent leaders in the town.
Representatives of businesses, educational groups and local government met at a skills forum to debate the lack of skills among workers in Banburyshire.
But the discussion quickly reverted to a bigger problem involving poor attitudes of potential workers in the town, which was highlighted by the influx of Polish employees who were being readily employed because of their dedication and commitment to work.
