The annual "Made in New York" exhibition at the Schweinfurth Memorial Art Center in Auburn is once again upon us, which means summer is in full swing. Each year, the show highlights works by artists from throughout New York state, with this year's contingent spanning the state. They hail from Buffalo to Warwick, with a strong sampling from Central New York.
The 64 artists exhibit 74 works of art, including paintings, sculpture, works on paper, photographs, multimedia installations and drawings.
There are familiar names and some new names, making for a generally enjoyable exhibition.
