Business Day has been ordered by the Johannesburg High Court not to publish extracts from a classified document belonging to the National Intelligence Agency.
Yesterday, the High Court ordered that the financial newspaper had to return the document, simply referred to as "Document X".
Judge Moroa Tsoka also ruled that no person is allowed to be in possession of Document X or parts of it.
Business Day had wanted to publish an article on July 18 relating to the report that the NIA said was obtained from an unauthorised source.
The NIA lodged an application in the High Court on Monday to prevent the paper ...
