JOHANNESBURG: South Africa's Chief Rabbi Warren Goldstein was caught up in the drama when a Palestinian man driving a bulldozer went on the rampage in downtown Jerusalem.
Goldstein was having lunch in a hotel facing the road yesterday when the bulldozer, in a reprise of an attack earlier this month, smashed into several cars and a bus, injuring four people. The bulldozer driver was shot dead.
"There were 30 of us in the hotel when we heard shots. Someone shouted 'Get down'. We all got on the floor," Goldstein said.
