BOSTON, April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The New England Governors' Conference, Inc. (NEGC), has released a draft report on its Regional Energy Assessment Project for public comment. The multi-year project, funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, enabled the Governors' Conference to establish computer planning systems in its Boston office which allow it to conduct regional analyses on a broad range of energy issues and each of the six New England states to perform state-specific energy analyses.
