Nice brochure on Kwame who wrote it?
A 36-page glossy brochure chronicling Detroit under Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was received last week in the mail at Detroit homes.
The author, however, is a mystery.
Called "Detroit then and now: A Six-Year Retrospective Look at the Motor City,'' it contains essays on topics like "stabilizing a city'' and "rebuilding neighborhoods.'' The mayor is depicted in 18 photos, and there is a letter attributed to the mayor on the back inside cover.
The printer was Detroit-based Inland Press, part of Detroit Legal News Publishing L.L.C. Brad Thompson II, president and CEO, declined to discuss who ordered the ...
