The third Grapehound Wine Tour opens today along the Cayuga Wine Trail.

The event runs through Sunday at various wineries around the lake. The Grapehound Wine Tour helps educate the public about greyhound dog adoption at the wineries on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail.

Here is a schedule of activities:

6 to 9 p.m. today, chicken barbecue and '60s music concert by Chuck and Paul, Montezuma Winery

Noon to 5 p.m. Friday, tour on east side of the lake at both King Ferry and Long Point wineries

5 to 7 p.m. Friday, welcome reception with appetizers and wine at Knapp Winery.

7 to 10 p.m. Friday, concert by Zydeco Trail Riders at ...
