TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 12, 1996--Seahawk Deep Ocean Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SDOT), the Tampa-based oceanographic company specializing in the search and recovery of deep water shipwrecks, announced today that it has sold its 210 - foot recovery vessel the SEAHAWK RETRIEVER to S & H Diving L.L.C., a Louisiana-based, wholly owned subsidiary of American Oilfield Divers, Inc., for $1,450,000 before selling costs. At the same time, Seahawk settled its mortgage debt of $1,168,000 on the vessel for $900,000.
