EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
THE 25 largest retail centers in Los Angeles County house 4,000 stores in 28 million square feet of gross leasable area.
Renovations at a few of the retail centers were finally completed during the past 12 months. Santa Monica-based Macerich finished work on Westside Pavilion on Pico Boulevard. The 760,000-square-foot center opened a 12-screen Landmark Theatres cinema and a Barnes & Noble in a renovated facility last June.
