The truth is out there, and it is that "The X-Files: I Want to Believe," the second feature film inspired by the landmark TV series and pop-culture phenomenon and the first film in 10 years, plays like a mediocre episode of the 1990s TV series.
Those whistling fans may not mind. But others might wonder why millions couldn't wait to find out what demon from hell, alien invader, political conspiracy or secret ...
