There's less than two weeks before the July 31 waiver trade deadline, and we've already been treated to some headline-grabbing news.
Cleveland dealt lefthander CC Sabathia to the Brewers. The Cubs, the Brew Crew's NL Central rival, countered by dealing for Oakland's Rich Harden and Chad Gaudin. And the Phillies just upped the ante in the NL East by dealing for another Oakland starter, Joe Blanton.
With those teams now fortified, and Athletics GM Billy Beane obviously in the wheeling-and-dealing mood, it's time to look ahead to what could happen before July 31. There are plenty of players being mentioned in trade rumors ...
