St. Louis Park-based Anderberg Lund Printing Co. has acquired Edina-based Color Printing.Terms of the deal were not disclosed, although Jack Anderberg, president and CEO of the family-owned company, said that it was mostly an asset sale.

In the sale, Anderberg Lund Printing retained two of Color Printing s printing presses and three of that firm s nine employees, said Paul Anderberg, vice president of sales.

Jack Anderberg said the Edina firm had the right asking price and was in better financial shape than some other companies that had shrinking sales but were demanding a higher asking price.
