I just finished reading the article in the May issue entitled "Pension Tension." While it is a very informative article, there is an inaccurate statement that I feel needs to be corrected.
Under the section titled "Options Limited," it states that: "Only Alaska and Ohio have constitutional guarantees of health-care benefits for retired employees."
This is simply not true in Ohio. In nearly every health care-related publication we print we clearly state that while pension benefits are guaranteed for Ohio's police ...
