A CALDERDALE woman found guilty of running two brothels, has been ordered to pay back [pounds sterling]88,000 gained through her criminal activities.
Helen Edwards of Todmorden will have three months to pay back the money or face two years in prison before still having to pay back the outstanding cash.
The 57-year old was arrested on the April 23, 2007, at her home, as
officers from West Yorkshire Police's economic crime unit and North West Leeds CID and neighbourhood policing teams executed warrants at the two brothels, one in the Hyde Park area of Leeds and one in the Agbrigg area of Wakefield.
