BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, July 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Central Termica Guemes today inaugurated its 100 MW General Electric LMS-100 turbogenerator, which will operate under the Energy Plus Program and required a total investment of US$65 million.
