BURBANK, Calif., April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The responsibilities formerly held by Dennis Hightower, retiring president of Disney Television and Telecommunications, have been reassigned as part of the ongoing integration of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) and Capital Cities/ABC, Inc., it was announced today by Disney Chairman and CEO Michael D.
