VANCOUVER, Wash., April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Red Lion Hotels, Inc. (NYSE: RL) today announced it has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the 290-room, full-service Sheraton Fiesta Hotel in San Antonio, Texas. The hotel will be owned and managed by Red Lion Hotels.
Distinctive Spanish architecture and open courtyard design make the San Antonio hotel a prime destination for business and leisure travelers as well as group meeting participants.
