Bajaj family fecd case resumes legal battle in CLB
New Delhi, July 30 (PTI) Bajaj family patriarch and Chairman of Bajaj Auto Rahul Bajaj and his estranged younger brother Shishir Bajaj today resumed their legal battle over division of their empire before the Company Law Board.
During the proceeding of four-year-old case, senior advocate and former Attorney General Ashok Desai, appearing for Rahul Bajaj, opposed Shishir's claim of 25 per cent stake in the entire group.
"How can he claim 25 per cent stake. To prove it, he has pulled some companies and trust which are completely outside his purview," he submitted rejecting Shishir's submission.
