WESTBORO - After a lengthy debate about how to attract the best candidates for Westboro's first town manager, selectmen yesterday decided not to publish a salary range when advertising the position.
The town is looking to hire a replacement for Town Coordinator Henry L. Danis Jr., who became Westboro's top administrator 14 years ago and is retiring next June. Town meeting voted in May to change his successor's job title from town coordinator to town manager, to more accurately reflect the breadth of the job.
