State officials have approved tax credits for a Central Ohio contractor looking at taking over the former Custom Coach Corp. site and a New Jersey importer looking to put a warehouse in the area.
The Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved incentives for Columbus Exxcel Project Management and Jersey City, N.J.-based Bardwil Industries Inc., which is eyeing Urbancrest, Grove City and Columbus to potentially house a distribution center.
